This research explains about process of East Timor separation from Republic of Indonesia after twenty four years to be part 27th Indonesia's province from intelligence analysis.The fundamentals theory using intelligence cycle, intelligence function and to be concern with intelligence advise and national policy. A problem in this research is, How is role's Bakin as a highest intelligence's organization to wining pro integration in that process.In that case, intelligence link to national security and foreign security as aspect of internal security.Methods of this research, use library literature, interview with history maker and intelligence's theory to know why pro integration loosing in that process.To have an authentic document's is very difficult, because almost all of document in Bakin is top secret. So for help this research to interview with history maker is the solution.Discoverer of policy makers very-very dominant in that case although without advise from Bakin, because the both of fundamental's Bakin only Keppres.Finally, fundamental of law State Intelligence Agency need to advance, and recovery controlling system for this organization. |
