Pada era pasar global dengan persaingan usaha yang sangat kompetitif, penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 dan budaya kerja yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produktlvitas karyawan merupakan salah satu strategi pemisahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Adanya penerapan ISO 9001:2000 dan budaya kerja diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivltas kerja karyawan sehingga akan mendorong terciptanya kualitas, kuantitas dan kontinuitas produk yang dihasilkan untuk kepuasaan pelanggan.Penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001, budaya kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan mempunyai hubungan sebab akibat (kausal). Dalam tesis ini penulis menggunakan Multi Linier Regresion (Analisa Regresi Berganda) untuk menganalisis pengaruh tersebut.Dalam tesis ini akan dianalisa bagaimana pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 dan budaya kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Tirta Cisadane. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling. Kuesioner yang disebarkan terdiri dari 94 pertanyaan untuk 76 responden. Teknis pengolahan data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan besar pengaruh antara variabel bebas yaitu efektivitas penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 dan budaya kerja dengan variabel terikat yaitu produktivitas karyawan, adalah Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).Dari penelitian di Iapangan diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 dan budaya kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, masing-masing dengan nilai t sebesar 2,250 dan 2,093. Dari nilai t sebesar 2,250, maka sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh dibandingkan budaya kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.Dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 di PT Tirta Cisadane sudah efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya penetapan batasan kualitas produk di atas batasan yang ditetapkan Depkes untuk kualitas air minum, pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab yang jelas untuk operator produksi, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan pengoperasian alat yang menyebabkan stop produksi, terdapat instruksi kerja di semua area proses, improvement sasaran mutu setiap departemen, terpenuhinya kepuasan pelanggan (kualitas, kuantitas dan kontinuitas produk) berdasarkan survei kepuasan pelanggan yang dilakukan setiap satu tahun sekali.
In the globalization era with a high business competition, the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2000 and effective corporate culture increasing the employee's performance is one of the corporate strategies in the frame of facing the tight competition. Implementing ISO 9001: 2000 and work culture are expected to increase the employee's performance, so it will support the creation of quality, quantity and continuity of output product for the customer's satisfaction. Implementing ISO 9001: 2000 and corporate culture and employee's performance have a causal relation. In this thesis researcher uses the Multi Linier Regression to analyze the variable's effects.In this thesis will be analyzed on how big the effects of the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2000 and employees' work culture PT Tirta Cisadane. The techniques of processing data is meant to analyze the form and effect between the independent variable, namely; the effectiveness of the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2000 and corporate culture with the dependent variable, namely; the employees ?performance, is SPPS.Based on the field research has been obtained the results that the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2000 and corporate culture have a significant effect toward the work performance, respectively with t value in the amount of 2.250 and 2.093. From t value in the amount of 2.250, so the quality management system ISO 9001: 2000 becomes the variable having the bigger effect compared to the corporate culture to the employees' performance.Due to the observation in the field, it may be summarized that the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2000 at PT Tirta Cisadane has been effectively implemented. This may be seen from the product limit beyond the limit determined by the Department of Health in the quality of drink water, division of duties and responsibilities for operator of production, so that it will not happen the equipment operational mistakes which may stop the production, having the work instruction in any process area, improvement of quality goals in any department, having customer's satisfaction (quality, quantity, and continuity of product) based on the survey of customer's satisfaction conducted once a year. |
