Tesis ini membahas tentang pengukuran produktivitas dari proses produksi di perusahaan. Teori-teori produktivitas dari berbagai sumber diuraikan pada tesis ini untuk keperluan penelitian. Penelitian pada tesis ini menggunakan alat bantu pengukuran produktivitas yaitu OMAX (Objectives Matrix).Penelitian pada tesis ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengukur indeks produktivitas dari berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan menggunakan rasio-rasio produktivitas yang dianggap penting oleh perusahaan, mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan, dan memberikan saran kepada pihak perusahaan untuk perbaikan atau peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan di masa yang akan datang.Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan kepada pihak perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan faktor penggunaan waktu produksi, penggunaan energi, penggunaan tenaga kerja, dan perawatan dari mesin. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut diharapkan produktivitas perusahaan akan meningkat dan proses produksi telah berjalan efektif dan efisien.
This tesis productivity measurement in a company?s production process. Productivity theories from more than one source is used for research purpose in the tesis. The research in this tesis is using OMAX (Objective Matrix) as the tool for productivity measurement.The objectives of this research are to measure the index productivity value from factor that affecting company's productivity using productivity ratios that considered important by the management, identify all the factors that have effect on the company?s productivity, and give recommendation to the company for improving and increasing the company's productivity in the future.The result of this research give advices to the company for giving more attention in using the working time, using the energy, using the labour, and maintenance for the machine. The company?s productivity is expected to improve , increase, and the production process become effective and efficient after giving attention to all the factors above. |
