Tesis ini mempunyai tujuan utama yaitu untuk memberikan suatu gambaran mengenai progres dari proyek CBR2 yang sedang berjalan apakah lebih awal atau lebih lambat dari jadwal yang ada maupun dari dana yang telah dialokasikan sehingga dapat diambil suatu tindakan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan maupun pemakaian biaya yang lebih besar dari dana yang dialokasikan. Pengukuran progress dari proyek CBR2 ini dilakukan dengan metoda Earned Value Analysis untuk mengetahui kinerja dari suatu proyek selama proyek itu berlangsung.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari metode Earned Value hingga tanggal 31 Juli 2008, dapat diketahui bahwa secara umum aktivitas-aktivitas yang telah dan sedang berjalan dapat sesuai dengan rencana proyek, hanya beberapa aktivitas saja yang masih berada di bawah rencana dari segi waktu dan di atas rencana dari segi biaya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hingga tanggal 31 Juli 2008, pelaksanaan proyek CBR2 dapat melebihi rencana awal yaitu dengan rencana progress mencapai 35,1134% di mana pelaksanaan hingga akhir bulan Juli dapat mencapai progres sebesar 35,1466%, dengan besar Cost performance Index 0.991 < 1 dan Schedule Performance Index 0.3511 < 1.Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hingga akhir bulan Juli 2008, proyek CBR2 berjalan tidak sesuai dengan jadwal dan memakan biaya sedikit lebih tinggi dari anggaran tetapi proyek masih berjalan mendekati rencana biaya yang telah ditetapkan tetapi dari segi jadwal mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk dapat mengembalikan performa sesuai dengan rencana semula tentunya harus dilakukan kontrol secara berkala (mingguan) terhadap progres dari proyek CBR2 baik dari segi waktu dan biaya sehingga jika terdapat penyimpangan performa dari rencana, dapat segera di atasi dan tidak berdampak negatif pada proyek.
This thesis has primary goal which is giving a projection progress from CBR2 project which is on going now. It will show whether the project can be done early than the schedule that has been predict before or there is delay from it. Despite of time schedule, it will show whether the fund that has been allocated is enough or not. If there?s any delay or expenses that are more than allocated one, the developer can take action from it. The measurement of progress from CBR2 project can be done with Earned Value Analysis method. We can know the performance of on going project.Based on the analysis result of Earned Value Method until 31st July 2008, we can know that there?s a common activities which has been done and on going are according to the project plan. But there are some activities that are still below the plan from timing and expenses. It can be concluded that from 31st July 2008, the activity of CBR2 project can beyond the master plan where the progress plan reach out 35,1134% and the performance until end of July can reach out progress 35,1466% with Cost performance Index 0.991 < 1 and Schedule Performance Index 0.3511 < 1.This shows us that the CBR2 Project progress does not run exactly the same with the master schedule and the cost that has been used slightly higher than the budget but overall the project was running well at the cost side, but from the schedule side there is a delay. To drive back the performance pararell with the master plan, there must be a periodic control (weekly) in order to keep good performance. The control can be done from timing and expense side, so if there?s any deviation, all can be handling right away and it won?t give negative effect to the project. |
