Sumber daya material dan peralatan merupakan bagian terbesar dari proyek, yang nilainya bisa mencapai 50-60% dari total biaya proyek. Pemakaian material yang tidak terkontrol menyebabkan terjadinya penyimpangan biaya. Penyimpangan biaya proyek diakibatkan biaya pelaksanaan tidak sesuai dengan rencana biaya yang terjadi proyek konstruksi.Rangka atap baja ringan merupakan rangka alternatif pengganti rangka atap kayu serta baja konvensional yang memiliki banyak kelemahan. PT. X selaku sub kontraktor rangka atap baja ringan sering menghadapi penyimpangan material yang terjadi pada beberapa proyek. Penyimpangan biaya ini menyebabkan berkurangnya laba dari suatu perusahaan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengindentifikasi faktor- faktor penyebab terjadinya penyimpangan material terhadap biaya pada rangka atap baja ringan serta bagaimana tindakan koreksi dan pencegahan yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan metode studi kasus dengan wawancara terhadap pakar untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tindakan koreksi terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi.Metode analisa yang digunakan untuk menguji variabel didalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) dan metode analisa untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tindakan koreksi adalah metode Delphi.Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan faktor dominan penyebab terjadinya penyimpangan material terhadap biaya rangka atap baja ringan terjadi pada factor perencanaan dan penjadwalan. Peringkat variabel tertinggi adalah tingkat persaingan yang tinggi. Rekomendasi tindakan pencegahan serta tindakan koreksi dengan membuat kejelasan mengenai tindakan-tindakan yang dapat di klaim serta harus tertera jelas dalam perjanjian pekerjaan. Material and equipment resource are the biggest part of a project which its value can reach 50-60% of the project total cost. The uncontrollable of material usage may cause the deviation of the cost itself. The deviation is caused by the inappropriate of the cost construction to the project total cost happened in construction project.Light weight roof truss is the alternative to the timber roof truss and the conventional one having many disadvantages. X Company as the sub-contractor of the light weight roof truss often faces the deviation of the material cost in some projects. The deviation causes the minimizing to company profit.The purpose of this research is to identify the factors caused to the deviation of the material cost of roof truss light weight steel, to correct the problems and to prevent the problem as it should be.The method of this research used is surveying by spreading the questionnaires and case study from the interview to the expert to get the recommendation of the correction act to the problem occurred.The analysis method used to examine the variable in this research is the approximation method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). And the analysis method to get the recommendation of the correction is the Delphi method.The result of this research got is the dominant factor caused to the deviation of the material cost of the light weight steel roof truss happened in the planning and scheduling factor. The highest rank of the variable is the high competition level. The recommendation of the prevention and correction act by making the clarity of the actions which can be claimed must be clear in the memorandum of understanding of the project itself. |
