Abstract
IT Governance, sebuah bagian terintegrasi dari CorporateGovernance adalah suatu konsep yang menjadi jawaban atas kebutuhan organisasi akan jaminan kepastian penciptaan value dari TI serta jaminan kepastian kembalinya investasi TI yang telah ditanamkan. IT Governance telah menjadi prioritas utama pada banyak organisasi. Di Indonesia, telah dikeluarkan keputusan menteri BUMN No. KEP-117/M-MBU/2002 tentang Penerapan Praktek Good Corporate Governance pada BUMN. Kepmen ini bersama dengan UU No.22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi, telah menjadi suatu pendorong akan diperlukannya suatu Good IT Governance khususnya pada BUMN yang bergerak di Industri Minyak dan Gas Bumi. Tulisan ini mencoba untuk menggambarkan kondisi IT Governance yang ada di sebuah perusahaan yang memiliki karakteristik tersebut melalui berbagai model dalam rangka mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif.
IT Governance, an integral part of corporate governance, is a concept that become the answer of organizational demand to ensure value creation from IT and to ensure the return of IT investments. IT Governance has become a main priority of many organization. In Indonesia, the Ministry of State0Owned Enterprises has issued a decree no. Kep-117/M-MBU/2002 about the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State Owned Enterprises. The decree, along with the Law No.22/2001 about the Oil and Gas, has become the drivers for Good Corporate Governance, especiallya for State Owned Enterprise in Oil and Gas sector. The objective of this paper is to illustrate IT Governance in such enterprise through mapping in multi model in order to get a more comprehensive picture of the governance.
