Skripsi ini membahas bangunan yang tersisa dari Candi Bangkal, yang bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi bentuk utuh candi, latar belakang kegamaan dan melakukan tinjauan kronologi terhadap Candi Bangkal. Metode yang digunakan adalah perbandingan, yaitu dengan cara membanzingkan Candi Bangkal secara arsitektural dengan candi lain yang dianggap sepadan untuk dibandingkan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bentuk utuh Candi Bangkal tidak terlalu berbeda dengan pada umumnya candi Hindu yang berasal dari masa Hayam Wuruk, masa keemasan Majapahit.

The Study is Focuses in the remain of the Bangkal Temple (Candi Bangkal), to reconstruct the shape of the tample, recover it's religious back ground and do the chronology outlook. The Methode that being used at this study is analogy, wich is done by compering the temple with another temple that has the same background. The result of this research indicate that the former shape of Bangkal Temple is not different from the most temple wich is built from the golden ages of Majpahit, when it?s ruled by Hayam Wuruk.
