Skripsi ini membahas representasi Undang-Undang Pornografi Bab I dan Bab II. Objek yang diteliti adalah Undang-Undang Pornografi Bab I dan Bab II. Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan struktur wacana dan analisis definisi UUP; mendeskripsikan representasi UUP melalui analisis teks; mengungkapkan proses produksi (praktik wacana) UUP melalui analisis topik; dan menggambarkan ideologi masyarakat selaku konsumen UUP terhadap representasi UUP Bab I dan II melalui intertekstualitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasilnya adalah berdasarkan hasil analisis definisi, analisis teks, analisis praktik wacana, dan analisis intertekstualitas, UUP belum ideal sebagai undang-undang. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya UUP dikaji kembali.
The focus of this study is the representation of Chapter I and Chapter II of the Pornography Law. The object of this study is Chapter I and Chapter II of the Pornography Law. The purposes of this study are to describe the structure of the Pornography Law as a discourse and the definitions analysis, to describe the representation of the Pornography Law through text analysis, to tell the production process (discourse practice) of the Pornography Law through topics analysis, and to tell the ideology of people as consumers of the Pornography Law through socio cultural practice. This research is qualitative. The result of this study is based on definitions analysis, text analysis, discourse practice analysis, and socio cultural practice, the Pornography Law not ideal as law yet. So, better the Pornography Law re-studied. |
