This article presents research conducted that seeks to explore the work undertaken by the NGO and explore the polices and processes of the major stakeholders involved in the process of releasing and rehabilitating these women and children. The research evaluates the social, legal, economical, historical and political frameworks that exist around the trokosi women, in order to gain an understanding of how these frameworks can be adjusted to better represent the right of the women |
