Barriers for woman to entry in a medium & small business entrepeneur (MSE) commonly stemmed from the stigma that economic activities undertaken by women are limited on the form of augmentation, of filing up the spare time, and less taking care profesionally. The stigma gives consequence to structural aspect, that is the less unsound policy implementation for women to involve freely in economic activities. While there is no rule which prohibit women to have and manage economic assets, it is men who usually own economic aset , be it household asset or formal economic business asset.... |
