In many developing countries globalization has negative impacts for poor people, especially poor women. Some of those are first, the utilization of modern technology followed by marginalization of women roles in productive sectors. Second, the operation of mining MNCs has caused ecological destruction that danger enough for women and children health. And third, the alleviation of social subsidies has burdened many woman as wives and mothers. The zahardous impacts of globalization motivate some woman activists to implement some awareness program on negative impacts of globalization . They condemn the MNC's operations in developing countries. They make transnational alliance to urge their government is aware on this matter. |
