Abstract
Women are important actors in development. Unfortunately women as human resources have been experiencing many problems and obstacles that may undermine their existence to participate and improve her roles in development. Therefore, their roles need to be increased, in particularly in economic sectors, they can be involed in any kind of occupational activities including small huosehold industry.
