Abstract
Aspek-aspek hukum pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) merupakan definisi yang berkaitan dengan aturan-atura, segala proses dan tingkah laku pemerintah (BPPT) dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi BPPT selaku Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kabinet yang bergerak dalam bidang penelitian dan pengembangan teknologi.
Berdasarkan data dan kenyataan yang ada, bahwa terciptanya pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) di lingkungan BPPT sangat tergantung pada kemauan yang kuat dari pimpinan BPPT yang didukung oleh pengawas internal dan eksternal serta bagaimana kedepan mneyempurnakan aturan-aturan terkait, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan barang dan jasa.
Legal apects of good governance is the definitions relating to the rules, all the processes and the behaviour of the government (BPPT) in carrying out the main duties and functions of BPPT as non cabinet institution which is engaged in research and technology development. Based on data and facts, the creation of good governance at BPPT is highly dependent on a strong willingness from the head of BPPT, which is supported by internal and external supervisor as well as how future improvements to the related rules, especially those relating to procurment of goods and services.
