Saat ini, ayam penyet merupakan salah satu makanan yang sedang berkembang di Medan. Karya akhir ini dibuat untuk mengetahui sejauh mana prospek dari usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam pengolahan data. Pembahasannya meliputi analisis perusahaan, analisis industridan persaingan, analisis pelanggan dan produk, rencana pemasaran, rencana operasi, struktur manajemen, rencana keuangan, dan penerapan program waralaba. Secara finasial, hasil penelitian ini layak berdasarkan nilai empat kriteria investasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan pemilik CV Mentari untuk segera merealisasikan rencana bisnis tersebut sebelum didahului oleh pihak lain atau sebelum berubahnya selera masyarakat kota Medan terhadap ayam penyet Currently, "ayam penyet", the special Indonesian fried chicken, has a growing market in Medan. This final paper was made as a further exploration in the feasibility of this prospect. Both qualitative and quantitative method were used in the completion of this paper. Essentially, it is a final business plan that covers all the required aspects to launch this venture successfully such as company analysis, industry and competition analysis, customer and product analysis, marketing plan, operation plan, management plan, financial plan, and franchise implementation plan. The study showed that the proposed plan has fulfilled that four investment criteria financially. Therefore, it was suggested to implement as soon as possible before the trend of customers changes and even the idea stolen. |
