Analisis kompetensi pegawai dalam penerapan teknologi informasi di Mahkamah Konstitusi

Tesis ini bertujuan membahas mengenai kompetensi pegawai dalam penerapan teknologi informasi di Mahkamah Konstitusi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Sedangkan, pendekatan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif, dimana jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memberikan penilaian yang positif atau baik terhadap kompetensi pegawai dalam penerapan teknologi informasi di Mahkamah Konstitusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut adalah; pertama perlu adanya pengembangan pegawai untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai dalam menerapkan teknologi informasi, kedua perlu disusun standar kompetensi jabatan sebagai pedoman dalam penempatan pegawai di lingkungan Mahkamah Konstitusi. This research aims is to explain employee competencies regarding to the Information Technology appliance in Mahkamah Konstitusi. The research using surveying method. And, the approach of the research is quantitative, which the quantitative data sources from distribution of quesionaire.The research result describe that most of respondent has positive appreciate to the employee competencies regarding to the Information Technology appliance in Mahkamah Konstitusi. Based on research, the suggestion are; the first, it`s neceserally for employee development to enhance skills and knowledge in order to apply the Information technology in Mahkamah Konstitusi and the second, it`s neceserally to arrange the standard of competencies for the employee as a guidance to employee placement in Mahkamah Konstitusi. |
