Upaya membangun kembali komitmen melalui motivasi internal, seperti spiritualitas di tempat kerja (STK) sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian korelasi ini mengidentifikasi hubungan STK, fasilitas, dan iklim spirtual dengan komitmen organisasi pada 84 perawat SI Fatimah Cilacap dengan analisis regresi logistik berganda. Iklim spiritual berinteraksi dengan fasilitasi dalam mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Pelatihan spiritual-leadership, dan bimibingan spirituali direkomendasikan pada RSI. Kompetensi spiritual untuk manajer, dan modul STK praktis perlu dikembangkan. Riset disarankan meluaskan area, eksplorasi variabel, menguji modul, dan instrumen spiritual. Efforts to rebuild commitment through internal motivation, such as workplace spirituality are required. This correlation research identified relationship between workplace spirituality, facilitations, spiritual climate and organizational commitmen for 84 Fatimah Islamic Hospital nurses. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to test the relationship. Conclusion, spiritual climate interacted to fasilitation in influencing organizational commitment. Spiritual leadership training and spirituality mentoring are recommended for Fatimah Islamic hospital. Spiritual competence for manager and workplace spirituality (STK) pracice-tool are required to develop. research may widen are; explore variables, module test, and instrument test. |
