Abstract
ABSTRACT
It has been carried out to study of the in vitro the effect of antibacterial of earthworm extracts which were obtained from trading and local earthworm, the determination of inhibition zone by the dics diffusion methode - Based on the size of the inhibition zone formed around the disc containing extracts of earthworm rind, the following conclusion could be drawn: The bacterial activity of extracts chloroform and ethanol fraction of earthworm against Salmonella typhosa, Escherichia call, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis , but petroleum benzene and aqua fraction isn't Statistically test, there is not different from chloroform fraction of trading and local earthworm extracts, except for againts Salmonella typhosa. There is different from ethanol fraction of trading and local earthworm extracts, except for Escherichia coli.
