Abstract
Semblance merupakan tool yang harus ada di dalam analisis kecepatan. Analisis kecepatan seismic gather secara konvensional hanya bisa mengamati perbedaan nilai dari kecepatan efektif moveout, menghitung semblance dari jlattenea? gathers dan menghasilkan velocity spectra untuk velocity picking berikutnya. Semblance menjadi kurang efektif terhadap variasi kuat amplitudo sepanjang seismic event pada kasus dimana terjadi pembalikan polaritas amplitudo, sepelti misalnya pada kasus AVO kelas 2. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dikembangkan algoritma untuk mengkoreksi pengukuran semblance terhadap variasi amplitudo, yaitu atribut semblance sebagai korelasi tren amplitudo pada CMP gathers. Pengukuran ini sangat efektif untuk analisa anomali AVO kelas 2 dan konversi gelombang.
......The semblance measure has been an indispensable tool for velocity analysis. Conventional velocity analysis of seismic gathers scans different values of effective moveout velocity, computes semblance of flattened gathers and generates velocity spectra for later velocity picking. Semblance becomes troublesome in the case of strong variation of amplitudes along seismic events, a particular example is class II AVO anomalies that cause seismic amplitudes to go through a polarity reversal. To address this problem, developed algorithms for correcting the semblance measurement for amplitude variations, especially in the semblance attribute as a correlation with a trend at CMP gathers. This measure is particularly affective for analyzing class II AVO anomalies and converted Waves.
