Sebagai konsekuensi peningkatan target produksi tambang nikel PT X yang ditetapkan di tahun 2011, maka produktifitas alat produksi harus ditingkatkan. Dalam Skripsi ini dibahas tentang penentuan langkah perbaikan yang akan dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu mencari akar dari permasalahan rendahnya produktifitas loading equipment excavator Komatsu PC800-7 di tambang nikel PT X. Dengan menggunakan rumus OEE yang merupakan bagian dalam prinsip TPM maka six big losses yang merupakan kerugian dalam proses produksi diklasifikasikan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor OEE yaitu vailability, performance dan quality. Hasil dari perhitungan nilai OEE rata-rata adalah 41%, dianalisis untuk mendapatkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh serta mendapatkan akar permasalahan untuk yang menjadi dasar menentukan langkah perbaikan.
As a consequence of increased production targets in 2011 in the nickel mine PT X, then the productivity of production equipment must be improved. This study discusses the determination of corrective measures that will be done by first finding the roots of the problems of low productivity of loading equipment Komatsu excavator PC800-7 at PT X?s the nickel mine. Using OEE formula which is part of the principle of TPM the six big losses which is a loss in the production process are classified to determine OEE factors namely availability, performance and quality. The results of the calculation of the average value ofOEE is 41%, were analyzed to obtain the most influential factors as well as get the root causes for which the determining improvement action. |
