Skripsi ini membahas permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan kondisi jaringan 3G di area Cluster GSI 2 dari hasil pengukuran drive test dan dari hasil statistic OSS berdasarkan standar parameter jaringan yang dipakai oleh operator, yaitu CPICH RSCP, CPICH Ec/No, Call Setup Success Rate, Call Complation Rate, Soft Hand Over Success Rate, Drop Rate. Dari hasil drive test dan statistik OSS ini diketahui bahwa ada beberapa standar parameter jaringan yang memenuhi target dan ada yang belum memenuhi. Oleh karena itu pihak operator selaku penyedia layanan telekomunikasi melakukan optimasi agar tercapai suatu hasil stándar jaringan yang baik yang sesuai dengan standar parameter jaringan yang dipakai oleh operator.
This thesis discusses issues related to 3G network conditions in the area of Cluster GSI 2 of the drive test and measurement results of the statistical results based on the standard OSS network parameters used by the operator it is CPICH RSCP, CPICH Ec/No, Call Setup Success Rate, Call Complation Rate, Soft Hand Over Success Rate, Drop Rate. From the drive test results and statistics of this OSS note that there are some standard parameters that meet the target tissue and there are not fulfilled. Therefore, the operators as the provider of telecommunications services do the optimization in order to achieve a good outcome networking standard in accordance with the standard parameters used by network operators. |
