Abstract
Banyak koperasi di Indonesia gagal karena permasalahan keanggotaan dan permodalan. Undang-undang ditengarai menjadi salah satu penyebab kegagalan tersebut, sehingga RUU Koperasi dirasakan perlu dibuat. Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai pergeseran keanggotaan dan permodalan antara gagasan-gagasan dan ketentuan undang-undang yang pernah berlaku sejak kemerdekaan yaitu UU Nomor 79 tahun 1958, UU Nomor 14 tahun 1965, UU Nomor 12 tahun 1967, UU Nomor 25 tahun 1992, dan juga RUU Koperasi.
Abstract
Many cooperatives in Indonesia failed due the membership problems and the capital deficiency. Act of cooperatives is suspected as one of the cause of the failure, therefore the new act must be made. The purposes of the thesis is to grasp paradigm shifting between cooperatives idea and the act of cooperatives ever apply in Indonesia since the Independence, i.e. Act No. 79 Year 1958, Act No. 14 Year 1965, Act No. 12 Year 1967, Act No. 25 Year 1992, and also the draft of Cooperatives bill.
