Dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan di dunia bisnis, perusahaan maskapai penerbangan menghadapi tuntutan yang semakin meningkat untuk mengoptimasikan kegiatan operasionalnya Berbagai usaha optimasi pada industri penerbangan dilakukan antara Iain melaiui penjadwalan armada dan awak pesawat yang menyangkut beberapa faktor yang saling mempengaruhi.Salah satu cara yang dilakukan PT. MNA untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya ke konsumen adalah dengan melakukan peningkatan atau penambahan Frekuensi penerbangan terhadap jadwal penerbangan yang sudah ada_Dengan adanya penambahan jam keberangkatan maupun tujuan penerbangan, maka PT. MNA dapat mcmberikan alternalif pilihan waktu bagi konsumen untuk melakukan perjalanan sesuai rute yang bersangkutan.Usaha peningkalan lersebut diimbangi dengan oplimasi sejumlah armada pesawat yang lersedia. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengumpulan data mengenai parameter yang berpengamh dalam persoalan peningkatan t`rcI In order to facing emulation in business world, company of air transport tirm faces demand which progressively mount for the optimization of its operational activity. Various optimization efforts at air transport industry conducted by for example passing scheduling of air crew and armada which conceming some factor which is influencing each other.One ofthe way of which is conducted by PT. MNA to be able to improve its service to consumer is by conducting improvement or addition ol' air transport frequency to air transport schedule which have there. With existence of addition ot' departure hour and also air transport target, hence PT. MNA can give time choice alternative to consumer to conduct journey according to pertinent route.Effort the improvement made balance to with optimization a number of available plane armada. At this research, is conducted by data collecting concerning parameter having an effect on problem of make-up of air transport frequency for the armada of Boeing plane armada 737-200, like air transport route, specification of airport and hour lly. Then conducted by compilation of integer programming model maximizing number of hours fly plane armada by reckoning some operational aspect delinition like maximum hour per air transport route amount and plane which wish to be improved.Pursuant to result of optimal solution of integer programming. obtained by some make-up of air transport route able to assign value maximum hour. Result of make-up of a number ofthe air transport route will be used to schedule lor new air transport which give utilization hour level plane to fly bigger plane compared to with air transport schedule which have there. |
