Skripsi ini berisi penelitian dan membahas tentang tarif tol Willingness to Pay oleh calon pengguna jasa pada rencana Jalan Tol Lingkar Luar II Jakarta (JORR II) ruas Serpong-Cinere. Studi untuk menentukan kemauan membayar ini dilakukan dengan wawancara door to door di beberapa daerah residensial maupun non-residensial di sekitar wilayah jalan tol yang akan dibangun dengan metode revealed preference. Jalan tol sebagai suatu jasa publik yaitu jasa transportasi jalan pada penentuan tarifnya selama ini selalu diupayakan memenuhi kepentingan semua pihak yang terlibat yaitu operator, pengguna dan regulator. Dari hasil penelitian besarnya biaya operasional di jalan tol lebih murah dibanding di jalan non tol. Hasil data survei revealed preference ini nantinya akan membentuk suatu rentang tarif yang dapat digunakan untuk penelitian tarif tol pada tingkat lanjut dengan metode wawancara stated preference. This script contains the research and discuss the Willingness to Pay toll rates by prospective service users in plan of Outer Ring Road II Jakarta (JORR II) segment Serpong-Cinere. Studies to determine the willingness to pay is done with the interview door to door in some residential areas and non-residential in the area around the highway to be constructed with Revealed Preference methods. The toll road as a public service that is road transport services in the determination of the charge has always strived to meet the interests of all parties involved i.e operators, users, and regulators. From the results of research on the operational cost of toll roads is more expensive than in the non-toll roads. Revealed preference data results of this survey will form a range of tariffs that can be used for research on advanced toll rates with the method stated preference interview. |
