Abstrak
Dalam buku skripsi ini, dirancang sebuah antena mikrostrip yang memiliki tiga frekuensi kerja untuk aplikasi pembaca RFID yaitu pada frekuensi 433-434 MHz, 923-925 MHz dan 2,446-2,454 GHz. Antena mikrostrip ini menggunakan dua substrat dengan dua patch. Patch pertama mempunyai dimensi 100 x 98 mm untuk frekuensi resonansi pada 433-434 MHz dan dimensi untuk patch kedua yaitu 57 x 38 mm yang mana didesain agar berresonansi pada frekuensi 2,446-2.454 GHz. Pada patch kedua, diberikan tambahan beberapa slot serta dilakukan karakterisasi terhadap slot tersebut. Karakterisasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan frekuensi resonansi pada 923-925 MHz dan frekuensi 2,446 - 2,454 GHz. Antena mikrostrip ini dirancang dengan menggunakan substrat FR-4 yang memiliki dimensi 118 x 120 x 3.2 mm dan menerapkan teknik pencatuan electromagnetic coupling. Hasil pengukuran antena menunjukkan bahwa antena tersebut mempunyai bandwidth pada frekuensi 428,45-435,5 MHz, 911,8-939,1 MHz dan 2,42-2,487 GHz dapat tercapai.
This paper discusses about a microstrip antenna design for RFID reader which has frequency resonance at 433-434 MHz, 923-925 MHz and 2,446-2,454 GHz. This design uses 2 patches with dimension for the first patch is 100 x 98 mm for resonance frequency 433-434 MHz and dimension for the second patch is 57 x 38 mm which has a resonance frequency at 2,446-2,454 GHz. In the second patch, slots are added and characterized. Characterization of the slots has been conducted to excite the frequency resonance at 923-925 MHz and at 2,446-2,454 GHz.
