Implementasi MPS yang efektif dan efisien sangat diperlukan. Perbaikan proses bisnis yang baik akan menghasilkan proses bisnis yang terbaik dan tercepat dalam implementasi MPS pada sistem ERP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara terhadap staff karyawan perusahaan. Perbaikan implementasi MPS dilakukan dengan metode BPR (Business Process Reengineering) yang dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi proses kemudian merekayasa ulang proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan. Untuk mengetahui penyebab perbedaan antara data hasil produksi di sistem ERP dengan hasil aktualnya digunakan metode fishbone diagram sehingga diketahui sumber masalah penyebab utamanya sehingga memudahkan proses penyelesaiannya. MPS implementation of effective and efficient are needed. A good business process improvement business process which will produce the best and fastest in the ERP system for the implementation of the MPS. Data collection was based MPS ERP implementation is done by observation and interviews with staff employees of the company. Improved implementation of the MPS carried out by the method of BPR (Business Process Reengineering), which is done by identifying the processes and reengineer the business processes that are running. To find out the cause of the difference between output data in an ERP system with the actual results fishbone diagram method is used so that the unknown source of the main causes of the problem. By knowing the source of the cause facilitate the process of completion. |
