Badan Pusat Statistik adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non-Kementerian yang mempunyai tugas untuk menyediakan data dan informasi statistik yang berkualitas. Hal ini merupakan tantangan bagi BPS untuk selalu meningkatkan mutu penyediaan data dan informasi statistik sekaligus mutu pelayanannya. Untuk melakukan perbaikan dan meningkatkan kualitas instansi maka perlu melakukan pengukuran performansi secara berkala sehingga dapat diketahui pencapaian terhadap visi dan misi. Metode pengukuran kinerja organisasi BPS pusat menggunakan pendekatan dari 4 perspektif yaitu Perspektif Pelanggan, Perspektif Stakeholder, Perspektif Bisnis Proses, dan Perspektif Pertumbuhan dan Pembelajaran. Penerjemahan strategi (visi dan misi) menghasilkan 14 sasaran strategis dan 20 KPI yang akan digunakan sebagai ukuran didalam scorecard serta 25 rencana aksi. Hasil pembobotan kepentingan dengan menggunakan AHP diperoleh hasil lebih memfokuskan kepada perspektif proses bisnis internal 37,7%, perspektif pembelajaran & pertumbuhan 30,8%, kemudian perspektif pelanggan dan perspektif stakeholder yang memiliki kepentingan yang sama 15,7%. Central Bureau of Statistics is a non-ministry government institution that has the task to provide statistical data and information quality. This is a challenge for the BPS to always improve the quality of the provision of data and statistical information as well as quality of service. To make repairs and improve the quality of institutions is necessary to conduct periodic performance measurement so that it can be seen the achievement of the vision and mission. Organizational performance measurement method using the approach of Connecticut from four perspectives: Customer Perspective, Stakeholder Perspective, Business Process Perspective, and Learning and Growth Perspective. Translating of strategy (vision and mission) to produce 14 goals of strategic and 20 the KPIs to be used as a measure in the scorecard and 25 action plans. The result of interest by using the AHP weighting obtained result is more focused on internal business process perspective 37.7%, learning & growth perspective 30.8%, then the customer perspective and the perspective of stakeholders who have interests similar 15.7%. |
