Pada era globalisasi, tantangan besar yang dihadapi setiap perusahaan adalah dampak globalisasi, kompetisi dan strategi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi daya saing untuk meningkatkan profit perusahaan jasa konstruksi (kontraktor) dan menyusun strategi bersaing. Penelitian ini berupa studi kasus terhadap perusahaan jasa konstruksi (kontraktor) rekanan PT. X di Papua. Metode penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif eksploratif melalui survei kuisioner dan wawancara pakar. Data diolah dengan analisis statistik dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian diperoleh enam faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi daya saing untuk meningkatkan profit perusahaan jasa konstruksi dan lima strategi bersaing. In the era of globalization, the major challenges faced by each corporate are impact of globalization, competition and strategy. This research was conducted to identify the dominant factors that influence competitiveness to increase profit of the contractor and develop competitive strategies. This research was a case study of the construction companies which partners of PT. X in Papua. The research method was descriptive exploratory analysis through questionnaire surveys and expert interviews. The data was analyzed with statistical and SWOT analysis. The findings of the study were six dominant factors that affecting competitiveness of the contractor and five competitive strategies. |
