Secara umum situasi usaha di dalam negeri masih belum terlalu menggembirakan. Selain hal itu secara khusus kondisi jumlah Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi yang mulai bergerak dibidang EPC di Indonesia semakin bertambah. Agar perusahaan dapat bersaing secara kompetitif maka dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang baik. Pada perusahaan EPC yang menjadi tolak ukur perusahaan tersebut dapat berkompetitif adalah dari banyaknya proyek EPC yang dikerjakan dan mendapatkan keuntungan dari proyek yang dikerjakan oleh perusahaan EPC tersebut. Sehingga keberhasilan sumber daya manusia proyek dalam menjalankan proyek EPC (Tepat Waktu, Tepat Biaya dan Tepat Mutu) tergantung dari sumber daya manusia pada proyek tersebut. Sumber Daya Manusia disebut juga dengan tenaga kerja. Tenaga kerja dipandang sebagai suatu investasi jika dikembangkan dan dikelola secara efektif akan memberikan imbalan bagi perusahaan EPC dalam bentuk produktivitas tenaga kerja yang lebih besar pada proyek EPC yang dikerjakan sehingga diharapkan tenaga kerja dapat dihandalkan untuk mencapai tujuan dari pelaksanaan proyek yaitu tepat biaya, tepat mutu dan tepat waktu. Produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan masalah utama agar pekerjaan memperoleh hasil sesuai yang diinginkan. Akibat dari rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja akan mengakibatkan inefisiensi atau pemborosan dalam berbagai hal. Oleh karena itu untuk dapat mengembangkan dan mengelola tenaga kerja yang efektif maka diperlukan identifikasi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek EPC. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek EPC ditahap engineering yang dilaksanakan PT. X. Pada penelitian dilakukan dengan metodelogi wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner pada proyek EPC yang dilaksanakan PT.X.Responden penelitian adalah Project engineer dan engineer pada proyek EPC ditahap engineering yang dilaksanakan PT. X. Analisa data diolah dengan statistik deskriptif, uji u mann-whitney, uji kruskal wallis, Analytic Hierarchy Pocess (AHP), analisa korelasi kendall’s tau dengan bantuan SPSS dan metode delphi. Terdapat 5 faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja ditahap engineering pada salah satu proyek EPC (proyek Y) yang dilaksanakan PT. X. Dengan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah Kurang terampilnya tenaga kerja dalam menggambar dan desain menggunakan program engineering.
Generally the business situation in the country still was not yet too pleasing. Apart from that specially the condition of the number of Service Construction companies that began to be in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) field in Indonesia increased. So that the company could compete competitively then was needed by human resources that was good. To the EPC company that to denied measured this company could be competitive was from the number of EPC projects that was done and got the profit from the project that was done by this EPC company. So as the success of project human resources in undertaking the EPC project depended on human resources on this project. Human resources were mentioned also with labour. Labour was gazed at as an investment if being developed and managed effectively will give the repayment for the EPC company in the form of the productivity of labour that was bigger in the EPC project that was done so as to be hoped labour could be relied on to achieve the aim of the implementation of the project that is exact the cost, exactly the quality and right on time. The productivity of labour was the main problem so that the work receives appropriate results that were wanted. Resulting from the low level of the productivity of labour will result in inefficiency or extravagance in various matters. Because of that to be able to develop and carry out effective labour then was needed by the identification of the dominant factor that influenced the low level of the productivity of labour in the EPC Project. The aim of this Research that is identified the dominant factor that influenced the low level of the productivity of labour in the EPC project in the engineering phase that was carried out by PT. X. In the research was carried out with methodology the interview and the spreading of the questionnaire in the EPC project that was carried out by PT.X. The research respondent was Project engineer and engineer in the EPC project in the engineering phase that was carried out by PT. X. The analysis of the data was processed with descriptive statistics, umann-whitney test, kruskal wallis test, Analytic Hierarchy Pocess (AHP), The analysis of the correlation kendall’s tau with SPSS help and the method Delphi. Gotten by 5 factors that influenced the low level of the productivity of labour in the engineering phase in one of the EPC projects (project Y) that was carried out by PT. X. With the factor that most influenced was more unskilled him labour in draw and the design used the program engineering. |
