Abstract
Penelitian kuantitatif cross sectional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat, yang dilakukan terhadap 240 responden, menggunakan kuesioner penelitian dengan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah pengembangan karir (p 0,008 < α 0,05), beban kerja (p 0,013 < α 0,05) dan umur (p 0,03 < α 0,05). Rekomendasi untuk pimpinan rumah sakit dan keperawatan agar lebih meningkatkan kinerja perawat melalui peningkatan kesejahteraan berupa pengembangan karir terutama mendapatkan pendidikan berkelanjutan atau kursus yang berhubungan dengan keahlian, dengan cara loby ke Mabes TNI, Kemhan dan institusi pendidikan (Universitas Pembangunan Nasional, Universitas Hang Tuah) serta farmasi obat.
This cross sectional quantitative research study was aimed to identify factors related to nurse performance, conducted on 240 respondents, using a questionnaire study with univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed that variables related to nurse performance is career development (p 0.008 < α 0.05), workload (p 0.013 < α 0.05) and age (p 0.03 < α 0.05). Recommendations for hospital and nursing leadership to further improve our performance through improving the welfare of nurses in the form of career development, especially to get continuing education or skill-related courses, with the way management approach to the armed force Headquarters, Ministry of Defense and security, and educational institutions (National Development University, University of Hang Tuah) and pharmaceutical drugs.
