Pengaruh pengaturan stimulus sensoris pada respon fisiologis dan perilaku BBLR di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo = The effect of managing sensory stimuli on physiology responses and behavior of low birth weight infants in RSUPN CM

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan respon fisiologis dan perilaku BBLR sebelum dan setelah penggunaan protokol Prestise. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-post test design without control group. Sampel penelitian adalah 15 BBLR yang dirawat di NICU RSUPN CM dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling method. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t dan uji Wilcoxon.Dari hasil analisis data ditemukan pengaruh penggunaan protokol pengaturan stimulus sensoris (Prestise) yang signifikan terhadap perubahan perilaku BBLR (p=0,005), namun pengaruh penggunaan protokol Prestise terhadap perubahan denyut nadi dan saturasi oksigen tidak signifikan (p=0,909 & p=0,750). Penggunaan protokol Prestise perlu dipertimbangkan dalam perawatan BBLR di NICU. The purpose of this study was to identify physiological and behavior responses of LBW infants before and after receiving Prestise protocol procedure. The study design used pre-post test design without control group. Sample was 15 LBW infants in NICU RSUPN CM used purposive sampling method. Paired t test and Wilcoxon test were used to analyse the data. There was a significant differences of LBW behavior before and after caring with Prestise protocol (p=0,005). However, there were no significant differences on LBW heart rate and oxygen saturation before and after receiving Prestise protocol procedure (p=0,909 & p=0,750). This study recommended that Prestise protocol usage can be considered as a important part of nursing intervention for LBW infants in NICU. |
