Studi ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor resiko pada aspek manajemen material yang timbul di proyek konstruksi gedung dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Obyek penelitian untuk studi ini adalah proyek gedung bertingkat yang ditangani oleh kontraktor BUMN yang berada di kota besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan untuk pengolahan datanya dengan metode statistik. Analisa resiko yang digunakan untuk menguji variabel - variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja adalah (AHP) Analyctic Hierarchy Process untuk menentukan nilai lokal frekuensi dan dampak lalu standar Risk Management Guidelines untuk menentukan tingkat level resiko, serta analisa faktor untuk pengelompokan sumber resiko. Output dari penelitian ini adalah 10 sumber resiko yang paling dominan dalam manajemen material dan 2 faktor resiko yang pengaruhnya paling signifikan terhadap kinerja waktu. This study discusses risk factors on material management which occur on building construction projects and their impact on the time performance of the project completion. The object of this research is a multi-storey building which construction is undertaken by a state-owned contractor located in a big city. The research methodology employed in this study is a survey, which data will be run by using a statistical method. The risk analysis used to test the variables which have an influence on the performance is the Analyctic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the frequency and impact local values, the Risk Management Guidelines standard to determine the risk level and factor analysis to group the factors into its source. The output of this research are ten sources of risk which are dominant in material management and two risk factors which have the highest correlation with the time performance. |
