Overhead merupakan komponen biaya yang sering luput dari pengendalian, sehingga ada kecenderungan meningkat sebagai akibat lemahnya pengendalian yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko cost overrun pada biaya overhead yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja biaya akhir proyek pembangunan pipeline dan stasiun gas di PT X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah descriptive explanatory.Hasil survey berupa wawancara dan kuesioner dari pakar dan responden diolah dengan analisa parametrik, metode statistik dengan analisa deskriptif, analisa korelasi, dan analisa regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui variable-variabel risiko cost overrun dalam overhead yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja biaya akhir proyek dan rekomendasi tindakan pengendaliannya. Overhead is a cost component that is often escapes from control, so there is a tendency to increase as a result of weak control by the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of cost overrun risk on the overhead costs that affect the performance of the final cost of the pipeline and gas station development project in PT X. The research method used is descriptive explanatory.Results of interview and questionnaire survey of experts and respondents treated with parametric analysis, a statistical method with descriptive analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. The results of this study is to determine variables in the overhead cost overrun risks that most affect the performance of the final cost of the project and recommendations for action control. |
