Dengan dilakukannya manajemen risiko pada suatu proyek, maka tingkat keberhasilannya akan semakin tinggi. Pada penelitian ini, manajemen risiko dilakukan dengan identifikasi serta analisis risiko menggunakan teknik analisis lingkungan sistem distribusi Premium di Indonesia dan analisis peta aliran distribusi Premium di Indonesia yang dilakukan dengan diskusi bersama para ahli. Selanjutnya, risiko tersebut dievaluasi menggunakan metode simulasi Monte Carlo dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Crystal Ball Ver. 11.1, dan hasilnya berupa grafik perkiraan serta data statistik signifikansi risiko. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan penurunan risiko distribusi Premium di Indonesia dengan menangani risiko yang sensitivitasnya paling tinggi, yaitu keadaan sarana pendukung distribusi seperti jalan raya, jembatan maupun dermaga, serta keadaan alat distribusi Premium itu sendiri (truk tangki juga kapal tangker). By applying risk management on a project, then its success rate will be improved. In this research, risk management was started by identification and analysis by surroundings system analysis technique and flow map analysis of Premium distribution in Indonesia that was helped by experts. Next, those risks were evaluated using Monte Carlo Simulation, using Crystal Ball Ver. 11.1, and the results are probability graphics and risk significance statistic data. From this research, risk reduction of Premium distribution in Indonesia can be achieved by managing the most sensitive risk, which is the condition of support facilities for distribution such as roadway, bridge and port, then also the condition of the distribution equipment itself (tank truck also tanker ship). |
