ABSTRAK
Sertifikasi dari JCI sebagai badan akreditasi internasional merupakanachievement yang didambakan oleh setiap rumah sakit. Fokus dari akreditasi JCIadalah patient safety yang tertuang dalam chapter utama yaitu IPSG (InternationalPatient Safety Goals). Chapter tersebut dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasimasalah-masalah medik yang berpotensi menimbulkan outcome yang tidakdiharapkan. Sebagian besar standar IPSG diterapkan oleh perawat, khususnyaperawat di instalasi rawat inap yang dituntut untuk selalu berinteraksi denganpasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel individu,organisasi, dan psikologis perawat terhadap penerapan IPSG.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitianadalah seluruh perawat di instalasi rawat inap. Analisis statistik yang digunakananalisis bivariat dengan uji chi square serta regresi logistik sederhana, dan analisismultivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda model prediksi. Berdasarkan hasilanalisis statistik, variabel individu yang memiliki hubungan signifikan denganperilaku penerapan IPSG adalah usia, status pernikahan, lama kerja di unit, lamakerja sejak lulus pendidikan, jenjang jabatan, frekuensi pelatihan patient safety, dansosialisasi terkait mutu rumah sakit. Variabel organisasi yang memiliki hubungandengan penerapan IPSG adalah pengaruh organisasi sedangkan pada variabelpsikologis, variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan penerapan IPSG adalahpengetahuan. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel yangberhubungan bermakna dengan perilaku penerapan IPSG adalah variabelpengetahuan setelah dikontrol oleh variabel umur, status pernikahan, pelatihan, danpengaruh organisasi.
ABSTRACT
Certification of JCI as an international accreditation corporation is anachievement which are coveted by every hospital. The focus of JCI accreditation ispatient safety which contained in the main chapter that is IPSG (InternationalPatient Safety Goals). That chapter were developed to identify medical problemsthat could potentially lead to an unexpected outcome. Most of the IPSG standardsapplied by the nurses, especially nurses in inpatient installation whom are requiredto always interact with patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze thevariables of individual, organizational, and psychological of nurses to theimplementation of IPSG.This study is a cross sectional study. The study population was all nurses ininpatient installation. Statistical analysis used bivariate analysis with chi square testand simple logistic regression, and multivariate analysis with multiple logisticregression test prediction model. Based on the results of statistical analysis, theindividual variables that have a significant relationship with the behavior of theimplementation of IPSG is the age, marital status, length of employment in the unit,length of employment since graduation, hierarchy, the frequency of patient safetytraining, and socialization-related quality of hospital. Organization variable whichrelated to the implementation of IPSG is the influence of organization, while thepsychological variable, variable that have a relationship with the implementation ofIPSG is knowledge. The results of multivariate analysis showed that variablessignificantly associated with the behavior of the implementation of IPSG isknowledge after controlled by the age, marital status, training, and organizationalinfluence. |
