| lndonesian constitutional law thought has advanced and specifically in general elections that become direct elections .system to result executive chairman 's beside parliament members. Citizen has also initiated to direct their aspirations and anticipate on independent candidate alternatives. Indonesian citizen have learned on senate (DPD) members elections that all of them are nominated independently. In the author thoughts is that the independent candidate for the president and local government have opportunity exercised. The diverse is that for the presidential nomination has controlled under constitution rules that it must be nominated by certain or joined political party, but for the local government elections is under act level that has established it must be nominated by certain or joined political party. |
