| Political transitions in Indonesia have implications on the enforcement through human rights values. its then has been focused on how to find toward the transitional justice concepts as the proper methods to accomplishing human rights violence 's were occurred beyond. In the author thoughts Constitutional Court has key roles to guarding transitional justice concepts in order to synchronize to Indonesian constitutional ideas. The better situations on public opinions that had elaborated here regarding the impartiality through the court shall he thought that the Constitutional Court role as "the helpful angel " to enforcing human rights values under Indonesia Constitution of l 945. |
