Pengembangan metode pemilihan material dalam penentuan indeks kompleksitas proses assembly dari komponen otomotif ditahap awal proses desain merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Indeks komplesitas proses assembly ( CIproses assembly ) dipengaruhi oleh koefisien kompleksitas relatif dari proses assembly (CIproduk),yang merupakan fungsi dari nilai rata-rata pembobotan faktor kompleksitas bagian perakitan (Cpart ) dan presentase dari bagian yang berbeda (Xp). Faktor kesulitan dalam perakitan terdiri dari kesulitan proses handling (Ch,f) dan kesulitan proses insertion(Ci,f).Nilai material (Cm) yang dimasukkan kedalam perhitungan kompleksitas akan mempengaruhi atribut weight dan insertion rsistance ,material yang berbeda mempengaruhi tingkat kesulitan proses perakitan. Semakin kecil indeks kompleksitas maka tingkat kerumitan untuk proses assembly semakin kecil. Development methods of material selection in determination of the complexity index of the automotive component assembly process ditahap initial design process is the aim of this study. Assembly process complexity index (CIproses assembly) is affected by the coefficient of relative complexity of the assembly process (CIproduk), which is a function of the weighted mean value of the complexity of the assembly factor (Cpart) and percentage of different parts (Xp).The difficulty in assembling consists of difficulty handling process (Ch, f) and the difficulty of the process of insertion (Ci, f). The value of material (Cm) is entered into the computation complexity will affect the weight and insertion resistance attributes, different materials affect the difficulty level of the assembly process . The smaller the index level of complexity to the complexity of the assembly process of getting smaller. |
