| Urban design guidelines become more important to apply and know better in many disciplines including law. This article elaborates in specific approach in land law aspect as apart factors to accomplishing the explanation. From the land law sigh's then will also relating to spatial, environtmental substance's. in the local of Special Region (DK1) of Jakarta Province as the capital city. Here also explained regarding the authority of province government under the recent decentralization law and also exclusive Law number 34' of .1999 which effective in DIG Jakarta. The last factor then become authority delegation between central and local government to resulting the clearly and ejective authority concerning urban design guidelines legislation and implications process. |
