| This article does not aim to give any justification toward certain thought in the debate on pornography and porno action. The author here tries to give more horizons on the debated topics and suggested that regulation concerning both pornography and porn action has been crucial needs. It meant to avoid the spreading and freedom immorality conduct ahead, so the law regulation is rolled as constraint. But also will be thoughtlessness U' afterward that constrain! will also impede on individual expressions ways. As a factor considered here is on the inter-individual interaction. This interaction reflects a private relationship, but if then also having any trouble which depart on public order will become public law as state authority to regulate it |
