Abstrak
The author explains regarding copy right which included many interest parties such as the copy right?s owner whom created or the parry has acquired it from anothers. The parties are the creator, recording company, and broadcasting institutions. Infringement against copy right shall contribute loss each party in their levels of interest and right's. Reproduction through music is contents in to digital format in Indonesia ought to comply under article 45 section (2) Law number 19 year 2002 regarding Copy Rights that governed any license prearranged.
