| The concept of restorative justice plainly submitted concerning criminal justice which involved the whole snake holders to anticipate through forthcoming dilemma?s. Based those concepts the criminal conduct precisely creating the belier circumstances by looking solution to healing. reconciliation and reassured. The author?s also thought that objective of sentence in restorative justice and in the draft of Indonesian Criminal law amendment are having the same paradigm. It has been proved by the draft of amendment which slated that the objective of sentence is origined from lndonesian's sentence philosophy. The philosophy is based on collectivety and harmonization paradigm which given crucial role of the society. |
