This thesis concern about information how advocacy program by a midwife is well done in RS Hermina Depok. The information consist of how the obstetrician services by midwife, how provocation by a midwife to the characteristics of pregnant women, how service in the other units, how the relationship between midwife advocacy and the decision of a patients to give birth in RS Hermina Depok. The research of this thesis has done in better way and quantitative approach. An advocacy program has a tendency to decide on childbirth. An advocacy program of a midwife only asked about condition of pregnancy and a midwife rarely to explain the hospital facility to the pregnant mothers. The description of service image by obstetrician of the respondents (a mother who is advocated) by a midwife, the characteristics consist of the average of age of patient is 30 years, education level is university graduate, working, payment by out of pocket (herself), the give birth more than 1 times, family income average Rp.7.960.000, independent social influence, ease accessibility. In this case difference decesion of patient to give birth is good service and poor service of the hospital. Advocacy of midwives have a tendency to decide of childbirth in RS Hermina Depok o 3.4 times compared than the assumption of low advocacy by midwife.
Tesis ini membahas bagaimana program advokasi bidan di jalankan di RS Hermina Depok, bagaimana layanan dokter kebidanan oleh bidan, bagaimana karakteristik ibu hamil yang di advokasi oleh bidan, bagaimana pelayanan di unit lain, bagaimana hubungan advokasi bidan dengan keputusan pasien untuk melahirkan di RS Hermina Depok. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara krosceksional dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Program Advokasi bidan memiliki kecenderungan untuk memutuskan persalinan. Program Advokasi Bidan yang sering dijalankan adalah menanyakan usia kehamilan dan yang jarang dilakukan adalah menjelaskan fasilitas RS kepada Ibu Hamil. Gambaran persepsi layanan Dokter Kebidanan pada responden (ibu yang diadvokasi) oleh Bidan adalah Baik dengan Karakteristik umur rata-rata 30 tahun, Tingkat pendidikan diatas D3, bekerja, dengan Biaya sendiri, bersalinan Lebih dari 1 kali, penghasilan Rp 7.960.000, tidak mendapatkan pengaruh sosial, Aksesibiliti mudah. Terdapat perbedaan keputusan persalinan yang menganggap pelayanan RS Baik dan kurang baik. Advokasi bidan memiliki kecenderungan untuk memutuskan persalinan di RS Hermina Depok sebesar 3,4 kali dibanding yang mengganggap advokasi bidan rendah. |
