Abstract
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Business Plan pendirian sebuah multifinance syariah dengan nama AHD Multifinance. Pendirian multifinance syariah ini merupakan solusi atas keterbatasan bank syariah dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan, terutama keterbatasan dari sisi regulasi Bank Indonesia dan kecepatan proses pembiayaan. Business Plan ini dibuat secara berkelompok, dan pada tesis ini akan lebih memfokuskan pada pembahasan produk pembiayaan dan aspek pemasaran. Sedangkan pada tim lainnya akan membahas dari aspek keuangan, strategi bisnis, dan operasional. AHD Multifinance diharapkan dapat menjadi bagian dari perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia.
The objective of this thesis is to produce a Business Plan to set up an Islamic multifinance named AHD Multifinance. The establishment of this multifinance is the solution for the limitation of Islamic banks to channeling the financing facility, escpecially the r=Bank Indonesia and speed of processing limitiation. This Business Plan was made by the group, and on this thesis would be focused on the discussion of financing products and marketing aspects. While on the other team will discuss aspects of finance, business strategy, and operations. AHD Multifinance expected to become part of the development of Islamic economy in Indonesia.
