Abstract
Pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek-proyek jalan jenis perkerasan lentur yang dikerjakan oleh PT X menurut data yang ada sering terjadi rework. Kejadian rework merupakan cerminan dari buruknya kinerja mutu pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek. Indikator suksesnya pelaksanaan suatu proyek salah satunya adalah kinerja mutu. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja mutu pelaksanaan proyek jalan jenis perkerasan lentur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi resiko, mengetahui dampak penyebab resiko tersebut, serta merespon peristiwa resiko pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek jalan jenis perkerasan lentur PT X dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja mutu proyek.
In the execution of flexible pavement road work projects undertaken by PT X according to existing data frequent incidence of rework. Incidence of rework is a reflection of the poor quality performance of project work execution. One of successful indicators of a project execution is the quality performance. Many factors affect the quality performance on the flexible pavement road project work execution.This study aims to identify risks, determine the impact of the cause of the risk, and respond to risk events on the PT X flexible pavement road project execution in order to improve the project quality performance.
