ABSTRAK Asma adalah penyakit inflamasi kronis pada saluran napas. Prevalensi kejadianasma masih terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya baik di dunia maupundi Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pemicudominan terjadinya serangan asma pada pasien asma. Desain pada penelitian iniadalah deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah respondenadalah 118 orang (60 pasien asma persisten dan 58 pasien asma intermiten). Hasilanalisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor pemicu dan karakteristik yangberhubungan dengan terjadinya serangan asma adalah paparan alergen (p value =0,006), exercise (latihan) (p value = 0,042), kondisi psikologis (stres emosional)(p value = 0,000) dan pekerjaan (p value = 0,095) . Hasil analisis multivariatdiketahui bahwa kondisi psikologis (stres emosional) dan alergen adalah faktoryang paling dominan dengan terjadinya serangan asma pada pasien asma (p value= 0,002). Diharapkan pemberian asuhan keperawatan, khususnya pengkajiankeperawatan yang berfokus pada faktor-faktor pemicu lebih dikembangkansehingga pendidikan kesehatan yang diberikan bisa terfokus hanya pada faktorpemicu yang menjadi masalah pasien. ABSTRACT Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease in respiratory tract. Prevalence forasthma syndrome increasing every year which is happen in the world andIndonesia. This research intends to identifying what is dominant factors triggercausing asthma attack to asthma sufferers. Design of this research is based onanalytic description with cross sectional design. The number of respondents forpermitten group is 60 respondent and for intermitten group is 58 responden.Bivariate analysis result shows that trigger factors that correlate with asthmaattack is allergen exposure (value of p = 0,006), exercise (value of p = 0,042) andpsychological condition (emotional stress) (value of p = 0,000). Multivariateanalysis result shows that psychological condition (emotional stress) and allergenare the most dominant factor for asthma attack to astma sufferers (value of p =0,002). This research expected that provision of nursing care, particularly thenursing assessment that focuses on the factors triggering more developed, so thathealth education can be focused only on the factors triggering sufferer?s problems. |
