Kajian Pemilihan Solusi Teknis dan Model Sistem Pentarifan Layanan Mobile Number Portability

| Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service is one of the methods which applied to increase afair andhealthy competition among operators. This method offers the ability to retain customer?s MSISDNnumber when porting from one service provider or operator to another. There are three options oftechnical solution to support the implementation of this method they are Intelligent Network basedSignalling Relay Function based and Call Divert Solution. To decide the appropriate technical solution,we use decision making method based Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHF) with eight criteria. Al-lP showsthat Inteligent Network is the appropriate choice because it has more benefits than others technicalsolutions. |
