The result of research showed that the nodular ductile iron intends to get core nodular austemperDuctile iron without heat treatment, and without added alloy too. The methode which is done just byincreasing element Mn = 0,9 % and Cu = 0,5 %, so have mechanical behaviur's ADI. The result ofmaking nodular ductile iron by increasing element Mn and Cu that strenght tensile average 898, I0N/mm , elongation 5, 37 % and hardness 263 HB. As follow JIS standar that is showing of mechanicscharacters which approaches Austemper Ductile iron lowest level. |
