Abstract
ABSTRAK
Komponen biaya pembangunan bangunan gedung negara digolongkan kedalam komponen biaya pekerjaan standar dan non-standar. Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi gedung diperlukan suatu cara agar dalam pelaksanaanya menjadi efisien, sehingga diperlukan penetapan persentase bersifat analitis yaitu dengan pendekatan probabilistic cost estimating untuk mendapatkan range estimate dengan tingkat akurasi estimasi yang tepat. Simulasi permodelan efisiensi dan estimasi masing-masing komponen biaya dilakukan dengan bantuan software Crystall ball, dan diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam menentukan dan mengendalikan biaya konstruksi proyek bangunan gedung pada pembangunan selanjutnya.
ABSTARCT
Component of the state building construction costs classified in cost of components and non-standard employment standards. In the implementation of a building construction project needed a way for the implementation to be efficient, so it requires the determination of the percentage that the analytical probabilistic approach for estimating cost estimate range to estimate the exact degree of accuracy. Simulation modeling and estimation of the efficiency of each component is done with the help of software costs Crystall ball, and the expected results of this study can be used as a guide in determining and controlling the cost of construction of building projects on the next construction.
