Abstrak
Suatu rancangan sistem informasi pelaporan monitoring dan evaluasi yang terkomputerisasi dan berbasis web diciptakan untuk menggantikan sistem lama yang masih manual/ proses surat menyurat. Metodelogi menggunakan tahapan dalam metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang dimulai dari tahap analisis, perancangan database, perancangan interface hingga implementasi sistem. Studi ini dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap uji coba prototype.
Hasil pengembangan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi penelitian kesehatan di Badan Litbangkes memudahkan pengguna untuk mendapat data peneliti, proposal, protokol, laporan kemajuan, abstrak penelitian dan publikasi. Sistem ini masih belum komprehensif sehingga perlu penambahan variabel dan terus berinteraksi dengan pelaku sistem dalam hal keperluan informasi dan masukan lain.
......It is a prototype of a web based computerized system of reporting information and evaluation to replace the old manual system (post mailing). A methodology applied is phases on System Development Cycle (SDLC) method, which is started from analysis phase, database setting, interface setting, until system implementation. The prototype test stage will be the limit of this study.
The outcomes of monitoring system development and health research evaluation in Badan Litbangkes will ease the user to track back the researcher data, proposal, protocol, progress report, research abstact, and publication. The system is still not compherensive yet, therefore it may need some additional variables and a continuous interaction with the user of this system regarding the needs of information and other feedback.
