ABSTRAK Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Implementasi Demokrasi dalam ProsesPerubahan Terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Tahun 1999 ? 2002. Penelitianini adalah penelitian yuridis-normatif, dimana alat pengumpulan data yangdigunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang didapat melalui literatur berupa bukubuku,peraturan perundang-undangan, dan artikel-artikel dari harian umummaupun dari internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses perubahanUndang-Undang Dasar 1945 Tahun 1999 ? 2002 memakai model demokrasipartisipatif hal ini didasarkan atas teori demokrasi partisipatif yang dikemukakanoleh David Held. Peran dari masyarakat sebagai bentuk perwujudan demokrasipartisipatif yang sangat luar biasa dapat dimengerti karena pada dukungan duniatelekomunikasi yang sudah sangat canggih sehingga dapat memberikan peran danpeluang yang besar bagi masyarakat untuk ikut telibat dalam proses perubahanterhadap Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Tahun 1999 - 2002. ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the implementation of democracy in the ProceedingsAgainst the Amendment Act of 1945 Years 1999 to 2002. This study is thejuridical-normative research, where data collection tools used were obtainedthrough library research literature in the form of books, legislation, and newspaperarticles from the public or from the internet. The results showed that the processof changing the Constitution of 1945 Years 1999 to 2002 using this model ofparticipatory democracy based on Participatory democracy theory advanced byDavid Held. The role of the community as a form of manifestation of participatorydemocracy that is extraordinary world can be understood as support for a highlysophisticated telecommunications so as to give a role and a great opportunity forpeople to participate in the process of change towards telibat Act of 1945 Years1999 to 2002 |
